Kerri Naslund
I have known Kerri Naslund for about 10 months and have learned about
the unique and effective strategies Kerri and her team have developed to
help people address real estate issues. It could be a home purchase at
market rate. It could be related to threat of foreclosure. Or it
could be related to a short sale of a home underwater -- when someone
has a threat of foreclosure and then damage to their credit rating.
Kerri Naslund and Bay Area Short Sale Angels has done miracles for a
high percentage of her clients because they are experts and have
established the right connections with financial institutions. Regular
real estate deals require a lot of paperwork. The short sale process is
even more particular, and very few agents do it often enough to really

Sammy Hastings
My husband met Sammy at an open house in Millbrae, CA. He came home and
told me that he met an agent who was specialized in the area of short
sales and foreclosures. Having gone through couple of agents around who
had been trying to sell themselves to us, I was not much interested
esp. that I was looking into east bay and that Sammy was more focused on
west bay.
My husband suggested that we meet with Sammy for one time. I agreed. We met Sammy in his office. Talking to him, he seemed very passionate and enthusiastic and serious about what he does. I already felt a go..go nature in him. Something about him that clicked that made us feel that it is worth giving him a chance to come to east bay esp. that we had started concentrating more around Tri-Valley area.
Journey from there has been wonderful. Sammy is truly a 24/7 agent except when he sleeps or eats. He educates on the house, direction of the house and house number. He is on top of things and always responds either via phone or email. I still wonder how he does it.

In June, Alan showed me a foreclosure unit, which 4 long months later
is now my first home in California. He was nothing short of a perfect
realtor. That is a BIG statement with all the details that come with
buying a foreclosure!!

David Klein - Prudential California Realty
I give David Kline five stars. In this economic slump, my home was one
of those that had entered foreclosure. David Kline saved the house from
going into complete foreclosure saving the sale by going to bat for me
and negotiating all that was required to get my home sold and the tax
man off my back. He also helped to clean the grounds and rented the van
to help me move and to get the trash out of the home. David Kline's
personable demeanor eased the anxiety associated with the sale of my
home and helped me to complete the transaction. I trust David Kline
fully and you should to if you want a trustworthy representative to sell
your home. I was able to move on without any unfinished business after
my home was sold, thanks to David Kline and his expertise.
