In June, Alan showed me a foreclosure unit, which 4 long months later
is now my first home in California. He was nothing short of a perfect
realtor. That is a BIG statement with all the details that come with
buying a foreclosure!!
He followed up on so many details with the bank, the seller and the contract, and gave me daily updates.
Alan
also gave me references for almost anything you can think of, as the
entire condo had tobe re-modeled, Plumber, floors, painter, blinds, etc.
His
backround in accounting gave me a comfort level on the contract side
ofthe transaction, he always had my best interest first and foremost.
I
have already referred Alan and will continue to do so. Buying a home
is not an easy experience. Alan should be commended for his patience,
knowledge, honesty and warm trusting personality.
